Why didn't I receive your online invoice?

Once an order has been placed from our web site's online catalog, an automatic confirmation invoice is generated and sent to the e-mail address you entered when placing the order. Occasionaly, people write us that they did not receive the confirmation notice in their e-mail box. Here are some common reasons why this may happen:

  1. The e-mail address is incorrectly entered. Please double check the address you typed into the order form. It is a very important piece of information as it will be our major tool to contact you.
  2. After placing the order, the "Submit" button at the bottom of the last ordering page was not pressed. Some people tend to fill out all the information and then just close the ordering window without pressing the "Submit" button. This means that the information is never transmitted to us. The "Submit" button is a safety feature which gives you the opportunity to carefully review your order before sending it on to us.
  3. Pay Pal problems. Pay Pal is a wonderful tool that allows you to send payments directly from your checking account to vendors. However, occasionaly a glitch may occur between our servers and the Pay Pal servers and we do not receive your order. If you pay via Pay Pal and do not get our confirmation invoice, please write us at: info@raspberryfield.com and we will check it out and get back to you.
  4. A spam blocker may be stopping our confirmation message from entering your e-mail box. As the world of spammers continues to grow, forcing most of us to start using spam blocking software, our ability to make contact with our customers can be diminished. Please check your e-mail spam blocking software and enter our domain name as a "friend", which allows our messages to get through to your e-mail box.
